We connect you with partner restaurants to purchase items and arrange delivery. supafood acts as agent on behalf of each Partner. Delivery may be arranged by us (supafood Delivery) or by the Partner (Partner Delivery).
You need a supafood account to place orders. Keep your password secret. You must use a valid email address and may have only one account. We may suspend or close accounts used improperly, refunding any remaining credit.
Each Partner sets their own delivery area and operating hours, which may change at any time. If ordering outside these, you'll be notified.
Orders are confirmed when we send a Confirmation Notice. Partners may use nuts or allergens — supafood cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. It is your responsibility to inform Partners of allergies.
Orders may be placed as ASAP or Scheduled. If delivery is more than 15 minutes later than communicated, we will investigate and may offer compensation at our discretion. You will be charged for failed delivery if you caused the failure (e.g. not being available).
You have a legal right to receive goods matching their description and of satisfactory quality. Contact us if items don't comply — we may request a photo and will work with you and the Partner to resolve it.
Alcohol, tobacco and similar products can only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18. The rider may ask for valid photo ID and refuse delivery if it cannot be provided.
You may cancel without charge before the Partner starts preparing. Once preparation has started, you will be charged in full. If we or the Partner cancel, you will not be charged and any payment will be refunded.
Prices include VAT. supafood may use dynamic pricing — prices may change while browsing. A service fee may apply and will be shown before purchase. Payment is via card, vouchers or account credit.
You may tip your rider or the Partner at checkout. Tips are collected via your original payment method and 100% passed on.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of your legal rights.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of changes affecting your rights. These Terms are governed by English law and disputes may be brought in the English courts.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of our Service. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The English courts have jurisdiction over any claim arising from use of our Service.
